Our Terms and Conditions

All terms and conditions contained on this website apply to all orders submitted, regardless of whether they have been read or verbally confirmed.
The use of this website constitutes an agreement to abide by the terms and conditions below.

Making a Purchase
Purchases can be made via our online shop by adding your chosen items to the shopping cart and then proceeding to check out. You will then be asked to input the details needed to complete the order.
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. We accept Credit/Debit Cards or using PayPal, a secure online payment process.

Placing your order
Once we have received your order, you will receive an email notification.
Therefore if your order is cancelled or it cannot be accepted, no purchase contract will have been made. Occasionally we may not be able to accept an order for the following reasons:

If we do not currently hold stock of your item.
If payment for the item has not been authorized.
The product was priced or described in error.
If the customer does not meet our terms and conditions.
The personalization of a product includes anything that is copyrighted (where permission has not been obtained), defamatory, liable to incite any racist or sexual hatred, discriminatory, in breach of privacy, or offensive in any way.
We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and issue a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery Issues
Orders will be made and shipped as soon as possible to you. This will generally be in production for 1-3 days and then in transit for 4-5 business days. We ship from the United States and in the United States only.
If you have issues with a delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.

Damage in Transit
Any items damaged in transit must be recorded as 'damaged' on receipt if they are a signed-for delivery or reported to your local Post Office.
You should retain the original packaging so we can see what happened - if we ask you to return the product to us, we will need the original packaging to be included.

Personalisation Errors on Your Part
We reserve the right to correct any spelling errors submitted within your order for personalized items. However, in general, we engrave exactly what you give us, and we cannot be held accountable for any errors made on the order form; you are advised to thoroughly check spelling, grammar, apostrophes, etc., before submitting your order. You should contact us as soon as possible if you wish us to modify your order, and we will inform you if it has already been made or if a change is possible.

Personalisation Errors on Our Part
Within 30 days of receipt of your personalized item, you may return it in its original condition for a replacement if we have made any errors on the item. Please note that we will apply a policy of reasonableness: if we, in good faith, amend something we think was an unintended mistake, such as an order spelling 'love' as 'lvoe', this will not be classed as an error on our part. If you want it to be deliberately misspelled, you are advised to explain this to us in the 'any notes you want to give us' box on the order or via email.
We reserve the right to refund and will only do so at our discretion.

Non-Personalised Products
Ready-made engraved items, which can be ordered on our website without any personalization, can be returned in perfect condition for a refund or exchange as per the Distance Selling Regulations. We will not refund the original shipping cost or your return shipping costs.

If such items are defective, we will replace them. Please contact us with your details, and we will be pleased to help. Some items will need to be returned to us before we can act, and others will not. This will be on a case-by-case basis. In most cases, we will ask for photographic proof of damage and advise you accordingly. Return postage costs will normally be refunded.

Warranties
We do not offer a warranty on any of our products. They are household goods, usually made from natural materials, and intended for reasonable domestic use only, and it is impossible for us to check how they are actually treated. However, we apply a policy of reasonableness and fitness for purpose; if an item fails in some way that it should not, such as a glue joint opening up or a split appearing, we will always try to help find a solution.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
